Truth is something that we cannot be told. Especially, our truths. It is something we must find within ourselves. I have experienced this time and time again on my spiritual journey, and with love, my only wish is to help others find their own truth, so that they may experience their own heaven within on a daily basis. So that they may make choices in alignment with their soul, to live in love, to speak with love, and to create with love.

Love is the undertone to our Life story. It is our one and only heart’s mission.

a journey to self-knowing

A Transformation has many of layers. Just like a seed growing into its own expansion, we too have layers of “self”. A long-lasting transformation must be core-deep. So I like to first assess what the foundational layer looks like; the energy that makes up every molecule of your being.

  1. The 7 Chakras

Each of the seven chakras supply certain lymph nodes in your body and major endocrine glands. There are actually hundreds of chakras in the human body, but these 7 are the biggest ones that happen to run down the length of our spine. Proper health and balance of these energy centers is what will ensure the maintenance of our hormone levels, all cellular process, and essentially, our body’s homeostasis. Achieving any sort of physical or non-physical transformation is going to be extremely difficult if these energy centers aren’t operating in full effect to support your transition.

Assessment: I have all clients take a Chakra test that tells me which chakras are active/inactive, in excess, or in deficit. I use this information to prescribe daily protocol in efforts to rebalance the energy system.

  2. Physical Composition

You may have heard this one before… “You are what you eat.”

This is true! In more ways than the obvious. Of course we want to feat healthy to look and feel healthy but its also a way of communicating to our bodies. We communicate with whatever we decide to put in our bellies. Making conscious food choices that are based in love and compassion will always feel different. It can actually feel good to choose vegetables over chocolate cake. That’s us saying,

“I’m taking care of my body by feeding it essential nutrients that help me to stay strong in mind, body and spirit. These minerals are what make up my physical being and transcribe into my overall state of wellbeing.”

I promise, this is an empowering thing! Finally taking responsibility for our food choices and loving ourselves while doing it!

Assessment: I ask people to log their food choices for two consecutive days. I ask for all variables such as mood, day’s events, and level of stress. This helps me to provide a meal plan that is catered to the clients lifestyle, food preferences, and psyche.

**BONUS: I may even cater your meal plan to the chakra test results. Sometimes certain foods can help supply our chakras if they’re in need.

  3. Flexibility & Movement

Gaining strength and mass in life is actually pretty easy. What we humans find most difficult is learning to be flexible and spacious. Too often do our thoughts and lifestyle promote a restricted vision of life. Our muscles tighten, our joints become stiff, and we are left suffocating, with no wiggle room to grow.

What we create in the physical body, will initiate change, physiologically. To put it plainly, someone with mobile hips and properly lengthened muscles will experience less irritation in life and more ease when cooperating or compromising.

For this reason, I conduct video assessments to properly diagnose where someone is holding tension or unprocessed energy in the body.

Assessment: I will prescribe a Mindful Movement program addressing what needs to be lengthened, strengthened, and mobilized in the body. This will include positions, postures and shapes that induce energy build in certain chakras.

What you get to experience…

The following practices are geared towards exploring our true nature and forming a stronger connection to our divine essence.

They all serve to bring harmony to the self in unique ways, and direct us to more light and love within.

Knowing their power and taking advantage of their capacity only adds to our tool-box of self healing techniques.

Understanding ourselves is the first step to end all suffering. Once we can become confident in our sense of self, THE WORLD IS OURS FOR THE TAKING!

Meditation

The quality of our life will mirror the quality of our thoughts.

We use mediation to reach a higher level of consciousness. This is KEY to any transformation. If we want our external world to satisfy our authentic being, we must tear down our current psychological foundation and reconstruct a new one. This new mental framework then seeps into our subconscious mind and we begin to live in accordance with these new fundamental values, true to who we are.

Yoga

We use yoga to practice confidence when integrating mind and body. This is our physical body- awareness. Yoga is a metaphor for surrendering to our higher self (in mind/body/spirit) in order to make choices in alignment with our destined path. We surrender to the poses of yoga by finding a sense of ease, in which we can truly listen to the body and make adjustments to emphasize the pose. We do the same thing in life when our intuitive self is telling us something , even if the mind isn’t completely on the same page just yet.

Reiki

True Transformation happens from the inside out.

This is an ancient form of Eastern medicine. It has been practiced since the beginning of time but is difficult to accept for many, simply because it doesn’t require any tools or instruments. It simply just, energy. Energy is the makeup of every living organism, and it is a universal force that is flowing within each of us. Reiki healing works whether or not the receiver is in full belief. However, once experienced for the first time many people find it easy to embody faith in this technique. Reiki can be done by a practitioner, to oneself, or in large settings.

My job as the facilitator of the reiki energy is to cultivate extreme intent for the purpose of the healing and form a channel for the reiki energy to enter the space we are in , and the physical form of the receiver.
