Yoga With Hallie

A return to center. A homecoming to the body.

For me, yoga has always been more than movement.
It’s a way of remembering who you are when the world feels loud.
A way of softening back into your truth, recalibrating your system, and processing life through breath, presence, and devotion.

I’ve spent the last nine years living and teaching in Los Angeles — beginning my journey in the fitness world, and eventually discovering that yoga wasn’t just a workout for me. It was medicine.
It healed my anxiety. It healed my shoulder.
And over time, it became the practice that brought me back to myself again and again.

I’m trained in 500 hours of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, with a deep background in somatics and embodiment work. My teaching blends all of these traditions — breath-led, intuitive, grounding, and attuned to the nervous system.

My classes are for people who want more than poses.
They’re for people who want to feel.
To breathe again.
To release.
To come home.

Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, I’m here to guide you into a steadier, softer, more truthful version of yourself — both on and off the mat.
