Mindful Movement coaching is essentially MOVEMENT THERAPY. It is the practice of coordinating with the nervous system in efforts to move energy through our physical being. This is my number one healing mechanism for anxiety and restlessness. Too little do we tend to the parts of ourselves that are in need. Our metnal states, conditioned patterns, and BREATH!
The awareness of our mind is something to be mastered through intentional breath with movement.
Results cannot be won or maintained, using modalities outside of ourself.
By making an intention, surrendering to the moment, and using love as our fuel, we can collaborate with our beings, our bodies, and manifest all that is in our sincerest desire to better ourselves and better our health.
